All orders from House of Bartlett are subject to the terms and conditions of House of Bartlett.

All orders from links to clients of House of Bartlett are not the responsability of House of Bartlett.

All payments to House of Bartlett must be in Pounds Sterling and can be made by Credit Card via phone, Paypal or Cheque (made payable to 'House of Bartlett'. Cheques must clear before posting (please allow up to seven working days).

All bears sold by House of Bartlett are individually made to traditional methods and therefore are not for children under fourteen years of age.

All postage and packaging to be paid by the purchaser. All purchases will be sent 'Signed For' if value is under £39,00 or by Next Day Delivery/Parcel Post with insurance if over £39.00 unless the purchaser forgoes insurance. Overeas post will be sent International Signed for with relevent insurance. Any extra costs incurred by overseas buyers by Customs are payable by the customer and not the responsability of House of Bartlett.

Due do monitor and camera lighting conditions, colour may not be represented completely accurate.

Returns are accepted in the condition that they have been sent out in, and sealed bags unopened, cost of postage will not be returned. If a return has to be made, it must be within thirty days and notification of return within 24 hours of receipt. If any damage has occured during transit, a claim against the courier will be made for the refund by House of Bartlett.

Purchasers and enquirers details are NOT, under any circumstances,  passed to any third party.
Details may be used by House of Bartlett to send , by e-mail only, any information about new products, or courses it may feel relevent. If you do not want to be notified, please e-mail me  and I will remove your name from my list on request.
